Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026 · Nelzn LLC

Nelzn LLC sells business software to businesses. This policy covers all of our products. Most of the personal information we handle is either the contact details of the people who administer and use a customer's account, or business records that a customer loads into a product in order to work with them. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Some products process additional categories of data because of what they do — a product that places telephone calls necessarily handles phone numbers and call audio. Those cases are flagged below as applying only to the products concerned.

What we collect

  • Account information — company name, user names and email addresses, role, and a one-way hash of your password.
  • Billing information — billing email, subscription details, invoice status, and a card's brand and last four digits. We never receive your full card number; card details go directly to our payment processor.
  • Customer content — the records you create, upload, or sync into a product from another system, and whatever you choose to put in them.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser and device details, actions taken in the product, and error diagnostics.
  • Support correspondence — what you write to us and what we reply.
  • For products that place telephone calls — the numbers involved, timestamps, duration, outcome, the user who handled the call, and, where the customer has enabled it, call recordings and voicemail audio.

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our products use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

How we use it

To provide the product you subscribe to; to bill you; to support you and investigate faults you report; to prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms of Service; to fix and improve our products; and to send you service, billing, and security notices.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need in order to operate, each bound to use the information solely for what they do for us. By category: payment processing, cloud hosting and network delivery, telecommunications carriage (for products that place calls), and the third-party platforms a product integrates with, where the customer has directed that integration. We will identify our current providers on request — email us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to defend legal claims, or to a successor in a merger or sale of assets.

Call recordings — products that place calls

Recording is off unless a customer turns it on. Whether recording a given call is lawful — and obtaining any required consent — is the customer's responsibility, as our Terms require. If you believe a call was recorded unlawfully, email us and we will pass the report to the customer involved and act on it.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

Account data and customer content are kept while an account is open, and deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after it closes — except billing and tax records, which we keep as long as the law requires. Customers can ask us to delete specific content, including call recordings, at any time. Technical logs roll over within days.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) throughout, encryption at rest for the most sensitive stored secrets such as integration tokens and service credentials, one-way password hashing, role-based access, and retained encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and any regulator as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or limit certain uses — and not to be treated differently for asking. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We verify identity, respond within the time the applicable law allows, and aim to acknowledge within one business day. There is no charge for a first reasonable request.

If your request concerns records one of our customers loaded into a product, we will forward it to that customer — they are the ones who can decide it — and help them respond.

If a business contacted you using our software

We are not that business, and we do not choose who they contact. Ask them directly to stop, and to add you to their do-not-contact or do-not-call list; they are required to honour it. You can also email us the details — for a phone call, the number that called you, your own number, and the date and time — and we will identify the customer, pass on your request, and act under our Terms where their conduct appears unlawful.

Other

Our products are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's information. We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data there and elsewhere; where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards. We will post any revision to this policy here with a new effective date.
